Does Hey Toru! work offline?

Transcription happens live on your device as you speak — no internet needed to capture. Structuring your note into the right format requires a brief internet connection, but it's fast and nothing is stored.

Where are my notes stored?

On your device. If you enable iCloud backup in Settings, your notes are backed up as a file you control entirely. We never have access to your notes.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad and you can cancel anytime.

What languages does Hey Toru! support?

English is available on the Free tier. Toru Smart supports all languages available on your iPhone — simply install the language in iPhone Settings first.

Is there a Mac or Apple Watch app?

Coming soon. Hey Toru! currently runs on iPhone and iPad. Mac and Apple Watch versions are in development and will be released as free updates.
